Sit directly against the divider to sec 110, use the rail as a TriPod for your Camera - You're pictures will be AMAZING! During the 1st half You sit right in front of the "Visitor's" Basket. For the whole rest of the game regulation and overtime (if necessary) the Blazers will be playing right in front of You.
